Look for lobster rolls else where. Roll was stale. Lobster was very fishy.
Ordered turkey sandwiches online to take to the park and they were ready on time which was great. However, the sandwiches were underwhelming, especially given the $16 price. We like to support local businesses when possible but for this price the turkey needs to be higher quality - there was very little flavor. A different sandwich or different bread may have been better but the turkey on the sub roll was not worth the money.

Downeast Deli is convenient and it gets the job done for a lunch in Acadia. But for $20 ($18 + tip & tax), I would expect either much more food or better quality. The sub roll tasted cheap, with deli meat and some lettuce, tomatoes and avocado on top. I’ve had similar sandwiches on hikes in national parks, and it’s fine (sometimes it’s all you need!), but I also didn’t pay $20 for those sandwiches.
My boyfriend and I got the chicken ranch avocado wraps and they were extremely bland. The chicken had mayo on it? But not ranch. We also got two sodas and potato salad that had no flavor. It was 50 dollars, definitely better places to spend that money in the area.
