I would give it a minus zero. From the drug dealers who sell drugs in the parking lot at the Manor house to the sewage over flow in the woman's bathroom to the clogged up shower at the pool to the scum around the pool that is never cleaned to the smell we have to endure when it rains due to bad pipes not everybody likes the smell of poo in their house. Everything is always nice and clean.And the people that live here are so nice
During hurricane season this park floods a lot..
We were told we were Denied and we would get a letter in the mail ,which we never did and would not give the reason ... But supposedly goes by your credit and back ground ..its been over a month and no letter in the mail with why we got denied ...
