I rented a home in Down Yonder in 2026 when I had to be in Florida for an extended period of time. It was a lovely community with friendly and relaxed people. I always felt safe going for evening walks. They just refurbished the pool and it was lovely. My son and I enjoyed playing shuffleboard on the community courts. The community was well maintained. I was sorry to go when it came time to move.
This park is very well maintained. I am a single female and feel safe within this community. It has a renovated pool and spa, gym, fishing pond. Friendly community.
