I'm an elderly women, who was ill and my bathroom stop working...Scott from Down Valley Septic and Drain responded quickly, fix my problem and gave me the best service anyone could expect. They even cleaned and sanitised my bathroom when they were finished, that is way above anything I expected. Very friendly but professional at the same time.

This is an amazing company that provides gold star service. They are honest, forthright and will tell you exactly how things are. They will go to great lengths to ensure that you are taken care of. If they can't help you, they tell you. They show up when they say they will and will often come even after hours to help. We will never use any other company.
This place is the absolute best. Mona is the sweetest lady and so enjoyable to work with! I have had nothing but great service, on time and the gentlemen that cleans the port a potties is the kindest man also. I wish I could give a better rating than 5 stars!
