My elderly father thought that Down Under Construction had severed a sprinkler line while putting in Internet service in his backyard. My dad called Down Under and they showed up within five minutes. There was a damaged sprinkler line, but it was nowhere near where they had been working. Even though they had not damaged the sprinkler line Tyler fixed the line for my dad. Tyler was not obligated to do this but he went above and beyond. The service was amazing.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Connext subcontracted this group to install fiber in the neighborhood. The following are my own personal experience. 1. Destroyed my yard that’s less than a 18 months since completing. Digging up multiple spots, not backfilling, destroying sod. Some spots nor enough backfilled with no turf replaced others were way too high. 2. These guys showed up at my house to do something with the power pole in my yard. Didn't explain anything to me. When they finally left, truck and all, they left a crew member?? He napped in my front lawn. He was in my yard, by himself, in front of my daughter's bedroom window, for over an hour. It was incredibly uncomfortable.

Nothing like this ‘crew’ pulling into a parking lot. Blocking the flow for people coming off of the main road. Just to reverse into other vehicles. Your team narrowly missed my daughter and I today.
