Very professional and did great work!
I emailed Down to the Wire on Thursday evening, they reached out to me first thing in the morning on Friday. Tyler scheduled my appointment for Monday, and they finished the job by noon on Monday! Very efficient company!! Thank you Down to the Wire for replacing my electrical panel in a timely matter!
Very nice to work with as they explained everything in detail and worked out a complicated wiring mess for us. There was little information to provide them to start except that nothing worked so they traced it out, located everything and wrote up a diagram for future use. Was so very helpful.
