My husband paid for a package in full and the work hasn’t been done. Our neighbours have had many services done by another lawn care company. We had to call 2 times to get the spring fertilizer applied (didn’t happen until June.13th). Then we had to call another 3 times to ask why the pre summer aeration of the lawn hasn’t been done yet and asked for it to be done. It is June.24th and nobody came.
