The whole landscape crew is on a drug program. You can see about 6 different guys each morning wearing the shirt's in line at the clinic. Not a very educated bunch for sure.
This company does not even have the courtesy to respond to letters, even when there is proof of your complaint. The site supervisor should take his "rude attitude," and go to where he will truly have some tough clients and not senior citizens he feels justified to ignore. (Guessing he may be the owner's son-in-law.....)
They are horrible at their profession. One of the worst I have ever seen, they are called Down to Earth because that's how they scalp your lawn, right down to earth!
