They do lawn care for my HOA. They accidentally broke my window and took a month to agree to come look at it. They verbally apologized but haven't responded in a week since then. Certainly appears they do not want to cover cost of their damage to my home.Not to mention they often skip over my backyard for maintenance. Last week I had to request in person for them to cut it before they left the neighborhood.

I don't use them they do my neighbors house to my left. I cut and bag my lawn . Everytime they cut her lawn all leaves and grass clippings end up on my lawn. So I ask them not to do that anymore. There response was go back in your house with curse works. My next step is involving the police in Belmar. We spend a lot of money to live here and don't need this type of behavior going on.

I live at Cimmarone Golf & CC. Down to Earth has been taking care of our common areas. i have an empty lot next to me and it has not been mowed in 6 weeks. I am not happy and would never recommend this company. I pay for this service yet I am not getting it.

Worst ever. Certainly not a landscaping company. Riding a mower is about all they can do. When they finish mowing they leave the piles of dead grass on the lawn. I have weeds everywhere in my yard. Sticker weeds two feet high were growing everywhere. My poor dog can't even play in the yard. When asked for the weeds to be addressed they used a weed wacker which literally threw stickers all over the yard. I live in Florida. The company neglect to train their employee that always new and amateur. They cannot recognize garden plants and cut our blackberry bush with the berries on it. They are trimming Rhododendron bushes after they made the buds (they trimmed all the buds). They make the common junipers bushes ugly cutting all the green from them. They are killing garden plants with Roundup. You are not safe from their work even with warning signs.

Worst landscaper on the planet. I live in Poets Corner. Spring “cleanup” left all the debris blown to the corners of the house and back on the grass. Upon calling them, the “office manager” refused to transfer to her management, failed to address the issue, upon asking her full ID hang up the phone. I pay for the service and i have to do the work myself and clean up after this landscaper. Unbelievably negligent, workers are clueless, don’t speak English and are not trained. This is our first year using DTE and I wish I would have done so sooner. They did our clean up for the fall and it really was perfect. I can’t wait to see what they do when the seasons change.

I live in a 55+ community in FL where Down To Earth is responsible for our lawn and irrigation. I would not recommend this company as my lawn has looked horrible for the last three years. They honestly don't have any idea what to do and won't agree to replace the lawn. I question the expertise of the reps.
