Poor quality product disappointing service. In June, I purchased 8 cubic metres of "Premium Garden Soil" for my new vegetable garden. I specifically asked over the phone if the pH was neutral but when it arrived it tested 8.5 (multiple tests). The soil was also very sandy and lacking vegetable matter. I raised my concerns about the product and was told they don't control it, it's just how it comes from their supplier.
