Absolutely the worst company fails to follow contract and fails to show up when scheduled and when they do they don’t edge,weed or clean up the grounds don’t waste your time with this company
Down To Earth has recently been taking on commercial properties that we manage and has been fantastic to work with. They've been able to deliver the services needed for large and small properties.
DTE does the lawn care in our community and their quality of work is rather poor. Constantly missing spots in the lawn, weed eating is even worse, and the weeding of flower beds and cracks in concrete is nonexistent. I watched them come through spraying weeds and didn’t even look for weeds around the landscaping. They just sprayed the edge and walked right past tall weeds in the bed and around ac units, which they didn’t even look for. We pay for complete lawn care and they provide mediocre service. I live in a sub division in port charlotte, the HOA has contracted with this company... lousy work and the sprinkler system is totally messed up.. I called them and spoke to the supervisor regarding trimming of the shrubs.. promised me to do it on Monday.. 2 weeks back..yet no one showed up.. I wrote a letter to the HOA to cancel their contract... their work is absolutely lousy...
