Terrible company!!!! This was a great company in 2010 until they brought on non-qualified staff and nonexperienced people who completely messed up up my pond in 2024 and plumbing. When I requested the remedy they still did not follow through and still billed me for the inadequate service they provided. My pond suffers and has never been the same since going on 2 years now. Such a disgrace of customer service. I remain in complete shock.
