Beware of Tyler Herzog he will get you to sign a contract and then he will refuse payment at the end knowing it's a government job and almost impossible to file a lien against the project on Denver county property. Also he will push you to finish then turn into a ghost when it's time to pay then offer half of what your owed then when you refuse the offer they will fabricate reasons why they won't pay . My experience was more than horrible. Watch out for Tyler Herzog. He will lie to subcontractors then not pay there last payment. Muthana Alquraishi is another crook to watch out for. Muthana will rip subcontractors off trying to make them pay for details in materials that he did on purpose to save money. Rick at D tech will also not call back or fix the problem.
