The florist with blue hair was very nice and helpful picking out flowers and creating an arrangement based on my budget after asking a few questions when it was slow on a weekday. Really appreciate everyone involved.
Sadly, I have to say I was disappointed with my first 2 purchaces. First was when they first opened, so I will give them that. But this second one, no. I ordered 2 deluxe wraps and the 2 together looked like 1 that i used to get. And it was almost $200. Flowers were beautiful, but the wraps were small.
This place is incredible! They cannot be more helpful, friendly, or talented! Seriously, I could not have given them a more vague description of the items I wanted, and they knocked it out of the park! 100% will be going there for all my floral needs in the future! And a shout out to everyone that works there, you guys are amazing!
So absolutely beautiful flowers. Not a knock on their quality at all. But I wish their communication was better. I specifically said I needed the flowers exactly at 9am when I called to order or that everything was going to be late for a teacher presentation. The girl on the phone said no problem we open and nine and if you prepay we can get you in and out. No mention that wraps take longer than vases or that I would need to wait an extra 10 mins for them to find the bouquets in the back and wrap them. So basically, flowers ... read more
I have ordered the flower arrangement 3days in advance, fully paid for it, and provided the pick up date/time. When I have arrived to pick it up (20-30 min later of scheduled time) it was not ready or even in the process. I have been offered to wait for 30mins (even more time than it takes to make one bouquet based on what I was told before at the store). I couldn’t wait , but it totally ruined my gift and wasted my time twice on coming to the store.
