Dr. Millhouse and her staff are amazing. I searched for a female urogynecologist for weeks. My first visit was so informative I was comfortable and confident with the plans to move forward. A year later I had a bladder lift after trying all the non evasive procedures. My surgical day was went so smoothly, every person I met at Northwestern was kind and the process went without a hitch. The experience I had seeing Dr. Kancel was horrible in 2024. I paid thousands of dollars out of pocket for Urology medications that I could have gotten free of charge through insurance. Based on my experience he is a glorfied medication dealer disguised as a doctor and I was just a quick side cash grab. I changed Urologists and got the same medication through insurance free of charge.
Super friendly and helpful staff!! I was worried, but everyone made the experience as inviting and painless as possible!!
