Kenny called 30 minutes before arriving. He took his time with what the previous cesspool company called a vent stack issue, and ruled it out. Turns out I had three separate and unrelated problems, and he quickly fixed all three. Kenny is extremely tidy as he works, wears booties and gloves in your home.
