Mark and his team have been great to work with this summer. There are no surprises. He gives you a good, honest quote and his team shows up on time to complete the work. Mark is also great at explaining what to expect, and has worked with many of our neighbors. So he's familiar with the landscape around here, and what looks good. We have several projects in the works, and we plan on using Down South Design for all of them!
This company is a sham. The owner tried to implement a 70% price increase on my back lawn due to rising material and transportation costs. While I understand some price increase, this is ridiculous. My back lawn takes about 10 minutes to mow, and I was asked to pay $50. The owner will certainly loose more than he is trying to gouge out of his customers. Shameful.
