Our house was built in 1785 and its stairway is representative of its age, high risers and short treads. After I fell down the stairs and broke many bones we decided we wanted a bedroom and full bathroom downstairs. We hired Down River to remove a closet and replace it with a shower and washer/dryer section. Derek and Channing did a wonderful five star job.
