We had such a wonderful experience at Down Home Motors and I wanted to take a moment to share it. Ken, the owner, and Jose, our salesman, were absolutely incredible from start to finish. These people were very nice and professional, The buying process was honestly excellent. However when they did the oil change on the truck before I bought it they left the oil filter stand pipe out, essentially selling me a truck with NO oil filter. This did permanent damage to the engine within 2 weeks of me having the truck, Only to find upon my first oil change months later that the oil filter stand pipe was missing. This destroyed the engine. They are refusing to talk to me and are ignoring me, they won't do the right th... read more
We checked out some cars here during our vehicle search. Ultimately we ended up buying our new car from somewhere else, but we were very impressed with Jose and Ken and their customer service! They keep an excellent inventory of cars that are known to be reliable. They won’t pressure you to buy something you don’t want. Check them out during your next car search!
They claim that they have warranties for the cars and they don't uphold their warranties and lie just to make the sale they put you in the car they want not the one you want and then when it breaks take you to court over it I highly recommend that you stay as far away from this place as possible especially Jose now that he has taken over for ken
10/10 service, went here to get myself my mom car and Jose and Ken were AMAZING! Definitely would recommend them to anyone looking for a new car! Definitely made the car experience easy for me!
