Downhome motor is very trustable car dealership.Jose is very helpful and knowledgeable about car.Everything is very smooth .The car is also very good.
Ken & Jose are super nice, and there isn't a ton of pressure to buy a car. I had a wonderful experience with them as people and they made the process itself of buying the car quick, and easy. I want to make it clear that I declined a warranty and did not opt to have the car I bought inspected by a third party. That being said, the cv axel broke on the /day/ I drove it off the lot. Possibly the rudest people I have encountered in car sales business. Was in desperate need of a vehicle and called this place three or four times and said I will call you back. I will call you back and I am yet to be called back but that’s OK. I took my business elsewhere. Update: After seeing this review they decided to call me back 🤣

Jose helped get me into a vehicle! Didn't have the best credit and didn't have much money to put down , and didn't have a cosigner. He got me put into a vehicle the same day the whole process took about 3 hrs . I 100 percent recommend to someone looking for a used vehicle 🚘
