David was experienced (as in knew what he had to do to resilve my issues), absolutely true to his word on arrival time and was efficient. He got in, gave me ootions and did the jobs we had discussed at the agreed upon price. I'm newly confident in the safety of my homes electrical. Thanks, David. This is how things are supposed to work, but too often just don't. If only every service provider operated this way!
A bit of delay scheduling but once David was out to install 4 new smoke alarms, it was a pleasure. Good communication about arrival time and he even changed a bulb in a nearby fixture that happened to go out during the alarm installation. David’s business card, Down Home Electric, had been given to me by a trusted neighbor who had used his services before and felt satisfied. I would call on him again for any needed estimate.
David was punctual and did what he said he would do.
