Had AC issues contacted Down East left message. Alan called back within a couple hrs. Stated issues, set up appointment Alan was on time diagnosed and recommended repair plan. Very prompt on getting replacement and new installation. If you are having problems give him a call, you will be glad you did. AAA Rating. Had to contact Alan again for another ac issue left message. Allen is wonderful to work with and does quality work! He helped us with replacing our tankless water heater and furnace on our 5th wheel - no problems whatsoever and highly recommend!
We couldn’t have asked for a better repair service. They came out within two days, and fixed our furnace and hot water issues. I recommend these guys/gals for anyone. Very trusting, honest, and professional.
