Incompetent receptionist that like to play games or they're just grossly incompetent. And they don't think anything ever is going to happen and they always think that their facility is going to cover up for their incompetency they don't understand that they're not the only one that records phone conversations. Also understand this if you go to this facility their staff will talk about you all around town and violate your hip rights thinking nothing's going to ever happen. Proven fact recordings video I would not recommend.
