I purchased a shock absorber from this store on 22 march 2026 after specifically asking about the warranty. I was told that the product had a one-year warranty, so I proceeded with the purchase. I installed the shock absorber myself, and within only 10 days it started leaking. When I contacted the store regarding a replacement under warranty, I was informed that the warranty only applies if the installation is performed by a licensed mechanic.
