The guys that work there themselves are great. Very friendly and helpful. The car we looked at was nice and a good price. However, I would not shop here if you need to finance. They do work with lenders for financing but I was given a 15% interest rate for very good credit and then also was denied due to being on maternity leave. We went to another dealership afterward and got a 8% interest rate and approved even though I am on maternity leave. Overall great small company if you do not need to finance.
We bought a new Toyota sigma and down east put our side body moulding and stripes on it and did an amazing job 5 stars for sure.
Submitted a credit app on saturday called monday morning was told they would run it. Called back later that day and was told when he heard something he would let me know they were having trouble. Called again tuesday no answer and again today Wednesday with no answer. I have never seen a dealership take this long for a credit app let alone not respond or answer the phone. Completely wasted my time and i dont Recommend using them. Very unprofessional for a company that claims to have over 750+ good reviews.
