I would give them 10 stars if I could. They have the highest standards of any cleaning service I have ever used. They got the US Marine Corps seal of approval from my son, retired Col. USMC, who observed them first hand. He wished he could get them in Hawaii. It is impossible to say enough good things about Jennifer and her crew.What a difference they have made for us!
I don't recommend. However any of the girls would clean for you perfectly. The owner acts like she's everyone's "friend" and talks openly to everyone about everyone and everything. She stays on her phone constantly. Inadequate compensation for employees. Improperly labeled cleaning supplies. Doesn't sanitize or bleach any mop heads or cleaning rags, also washes on cold. Down and Dirty Cleaning is the best cleaning service around my home always looks great after their service has been there Jennifer takes great pride in her work and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of I would HIGHLY Recommend this cleaning service to who needs any kind of cleaning done
This service provides everything I expect from a cleaning service.I have been a client for several years. I am very critical about cleaninng and this service checks all the boxes, they are trustworthy, professional, flexible and do a super job on cleaning. Five stars doesn't do this business justice, I would give a higher rating if possible.
