Joe was extremely professional and was able to diagnose and send over the quotes in less than 12 hours. Will be using again and would highly recommend!!!!
Do not go there they will rip you off with the prices and say it's the price but it's not and they are not professional the car still wasn't fixed and on top of that they kept adding more money to the price of the car repair. I recommend not to go there. And I just took it to a certified auto shop and they said there is lot of air in my power steering. I went to get an oil change done they told me I needed brakes and rotors but it could wait a little while, they were personable and friendly they didn't try to charge me an arm and a leg or sell me a bunch of things that I don't need.THIS PLACE IS THE REAL DEAL! They treat you like family and their honest if you need any work done this is where I would recommend going it's where I'm going to go and my family is going to go from now on! Thanks Grand stop!
I had to cancel my appointment last week because my brother passed away and out of respect I let the store owner know that I found somewhere in my hometown to fix my struts. Mind you I’ve gotten other expensive things done on my car at this shop before. His response “ 2nd time u done this me. Just no need message me anymore” ??? As a business owner myself I am shocked and thankful I seen their true colors so I don’t have to give them any more of my hard earned money!!!!
