Professional approach on change of tenants minimising rental vacancy. KYLIE and the team from Dowling was a pleasure to work with over the busy Christmas/ new year period. Kylie ensured a new Tennant was signed up to a lease while ensuring outgoing tennant had left the property clean and organised house cleaners, carpet cleaning, key cutting and a list of items requiring rectification. I greatly appreciate the dedication and professionalism of the staff. As a result there was minimum loss of rent between tenants.
