Useless did nothing worst people service ever rude
I am disgusted with this agency and the owner if the property we leased. They treated my elderly mother and our family, with disrespect, were very rude and uncompromising. They Tried to evict my elderly mother because I made a complaint on her behalf about a safety issue. They were brutal. We had to take them to tribunal, after which they begrudgingly allowed her to stay then hiked up the rent as soon as they could which made it difficult for her to afford. The staff were absolutely incredible helping me find my first home. I cannot thank them enough.
Horrible experience renting with this agency. Very rude, unreliable and very poor communication. If you can, I would avoid them.
