Worst service! Very rude staff. Totally dissatisfied
They installed a heating system a year ago. And I was having issues with it. I called last week to arrange a service time to fix it, and they said they'd call me back later to let me know when they could see me. After that, I called a few more times, but they never called. I wouldn't trust them anymore, stay away.
Called Dan initially for a backup issues, while the guys were here, I had them check a leak from the hot water heater. Determined to be my expansion tank. They followed up and replaced it ASAP. As usual great service and especially great communication from Tina! Thank you!
Updated: I've tried calling Dowling several times for yearly service and other plumbing jobs and I'm always told they'll get back to me. I've since moved on to a new go-to plumber. ------- Dowling plumbing saved me. A different company installed a new heating system and, in the process, destroyed the major heating element but never told me. That company called the manufacturer during their install to troubleshoot and the manufacturer informed them they voided my warranty.
