I brought my 2021 Bronco in for maintenance and a recall. I received a call later that day that they discovered my rear differential went and it was causing damage to my transmission. I'm not a car person but that kind of issue is expensive and could be catastrophic. My truck is warrantied and the work was covered. They didn't rush it and made sure it was done right. Tyler went above and beyond ensuring my truck was safe for me to drive. I'm so happy. This is why my truck will only be dealer maintained.

Had an excellent service experience here. My car needed a brand new engine. Dowling took care of calling and talking to the warranty company, kept me informed through the whole process and were friendly and pleasant to work with. Highly recommended

Over the summer of 2023 I had my 2020 transit 250 worked on by Firestone for brakes, rotors, tires and alignment. It was the worst work I've ever had done. Wrong load rated tires and a brake job so bad that my left rear axle came out nearly all the way and almost caused me to wreck m II had my work van towed to Dowling to correct the axle issue and get the correct tires inst⁰alled. The work done by the Dowling service techs was terrific. I will only be bringing my work van back to Dowling for any future repairs.

I purchased a used car. Everyone I dealt with was kind and professional. This was the easiest, smoothest, car purchase I have ever made. The staff worked together to make sure my car was ready on time. Great place.
