It was no problem when it was Dodsley, but now that McDougall has taken over; it's the complete opposite. I have called back multiple times in an attempt to change my address and to get my propane tank filled prior to the sale of my house. They were made aware over a week in advance that I would be needing a fill and it still hasn't happened. There is some obvious disconnect going on here. I would give ZERO stars if I could! since we have been switched from Dodsley to McDougall they have dropped the ball, left us stranded with no propane even though we are on auto refill. I have to call them every other week to inquire as to why we received bills for products we didn't receive (they told us it was a glitch in their system) or to call and inquire why are tanks are almost empty! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! and we are working on another company so we can leave!! do not recommend at all!! GO ELSEWHERE!!!!
McDougall Tillsonburg deserves a 0 star review . Will be looking into switching companies after the run around my senior citizen mother has received today . She ran out of propane the evening before on one of the coldest nights of the season. She waited to call because they dont open until 8am - called at 730 and another location (we believe) answered. Do not get propane delivered from McDougall ! Called before leaving on a holiday for a month to make sure tank is filled. House is now at 50 degrees. Called and instead of an apology got a bunch of excuses. Even paid to have a credit. Jack Karn and the Dodsley family, I’m sure did not want this for their valued customers. Look elsewhere as there will more of the same reviews.
Had a problem when I got to the cottage this weekend. No heat. They sent a technician out Saturday night. My regulator had got moisture in it. The technician Sean was great! Very professional, and the problem was fixed quickly.
