Very disappointed with McDougall Energy. Our household relies on propane for heat and hot water. We notified them multiple times that we were completely out and were told it would be handled. Over 48 hours later, nothing. Being left without heat and hot water in winter is unacceptable. Customers depend on this service for basic living conditions. This experience has been extremely frustrating.
Ladies in the office are nice, manager Devon Little, told me my freezing kids aren’t his problem. I had been waiting on empty for a few days and called in to see if I could get a truck in sooner. He told me I should have called in sooner, I explained that I had to wait till I got paid to order propane. I don’t have much money, he told me that’s not his problem and to go speak with parliament. unprofessional and inconsiderate.
