I don't often write reviews like this, but I felt this driver deserved to be recognized. This morning, around 8:40 a.m., I was driving behind one of your pick up trucks on Highway #2 when a white Dodge Ram crossed into our lane, creating a terrifying near head-on collision. Your driver had to react in a split second, swerving onto the shoulder to avoid the oncoming vehicle while maintaining control of a truck and trailer carrying a propane tank. I have used McDougall Energy to supply and install a propane tank at the family farm. Lisa Torok was my point of contact from start to finish. I have to say the her attention to detail, product & services were on point. I would recommend the services 100 % based on the quality of service received from Lisa.
Absolutely wonderful people, and absolutely amazing, friendly, and great to having a conversation with! And they genuinely do care a lot about their customers! Fantastic service!
Service has gotten a whole lot worse after McDougall bought it. Apparently it takes over 2 weeks to get a propane delivery now so plan accordingly. Don't order at 25% as you are supposed to as you will run out before you receive it. Have to start ordering at 50% so I still have some propane by the time I receive it. Only problem with that is, if they do come within a normal timeframe, you get dinged with a low volume fee. Guess there is no winning with McDougall, time for a change to a different company.
Called last week for fuel oil told them its less them 1/4 they said it will be delivered the next day that was Thursday Friday and now Monday no fuel now running on fumes I called Thursday someone will call me back nothing I called Friday someone will call you right back nothing I call Monday and asked if there was a problem and again someone will call you back and no surprise nothing in 17 years never had a problem till now
