Service has gotten a whole lot worse after McDougall bought it.
I have never recievied such bad service from a company. They took my payment and told me my propane would be delivered in 3-5 days. After 7 days my propane ran out and I was left to freeze for the next week.
Good company but the absolute worst dummies who work the phones for after hours .. incompetence maxed out
I called for a propane delivery on January 20th when my tank was at 20%, and was told to expect ad delivery in the next day or two. On t6he second day (Jan 23) I called to verify delivery, and was told delivery would be scheduled for Monday Jan 27. I called on Monday to verify and was told Tuesday. On Tuesday Jan 28 I called and was told I should get a delivery on Wednesday Jan 29. I spoke to a manager and was guaranteed top priority for a delivery on Wednesday.
