When one posts a 'beware of dog sign' one tends to believe that will convey the meaning clearly enough that there are dogs to be aware of. One star to much! Try to get hold there sale rep over month came in person and over the phone they take your info every time but do not call back .every time the same msg some one will get back to you TODAY ! And no one calls back
Now that they switched to McDougall energy from Dowler Karn. They care less. They don’t answer calls and when they do, all we get is “do it online” we ordered propane and they say “3-5 buisness days” and it’s been almost 7…. Dowler karn came THAT DAY! ….very disappointing. Hopefully switching will be easy.
Feel bad for this but what ever. I've called on a Monday I've called on a Tuesday, Wednesday Thursday and Friday. They don't answer the phone. I've left messages for them to call me back. They must be very satisfied with the amount of customers they have now because they don't answer the phone. Other then going to the store to talk to them but who has time for that. Maybe superior or linde is a better choice for your propane needs.
Service has gotten a whole lot worse after McDougall bought it.
