Outstanding customer service 👏 and the mechanical department always gets it right! Fabulous family owned business. Kinda people that go above and beyond to help someone in a pinch. They're appreciated 👏
My car went in to limp mode while on the QE2, was able to get it in and Dowland auto took me in to check the codes and do some diagnostics. Went above and beyond calling the Hyundai dealer to check if my engine was on warranty. Gave me reasonable, no nonsense advice. Really grateful for this family small town business!
