I recently attended their factory in Smithfield looking to get replacement parts for my 10 plus year old Dowell bifold doors. I was greeted by 3 friendly staff members in reception. I explained my problem and the sales representative who was present, Nathan Deacon, grabbed my sample door part and disappeared at the back. A short time later he came back with the parts I needed- no payment necessary he said- was just happy to help. I would like to say that Kevin and the other team members from Dowell Windows were able to resolve the issues that we had with a few of our windows. After several emails, telephone calls and onsite visits to our home they were able to find a resolution for our window issues. Kevin was most helpful, he kept us informed during the process with any updates. The only reason I give a 4 star review is because it took such a long time for everything to be sorted. Update: During construction inspections, and now after the build, the windows don't close and/or don't lock. Dowell people have come twice already but still no joy. ___________________ We wanted double glazed, thermally broken windows for our new house. Our builder has a specific supplier and so we went with the Dowell Windows, Thermaline line. The upgrade cost was significant, about 7% of our build cost, so not cheap. Unfortunately, due to what appears confusion or otherwise, my builder decided they would install the window... read more

I recently purchased windows from Dowell windows for a new house I am building. The account manager I was assigned was Dejan, the service he provided from day one was amazing! He was very helpful, knowledgeable, Responsive and professional. His product knowledge was oustanding which made the purchase process enjoyable and easy! The products delivered were excellent! Nathan , Has guided my wife and I through the process of choosing the best Doors and windows for our lovely home. I would highly recommend Nathan to anyone requiring windows. A man of knowledge and a true gentleman.
