I called when I discovered termites falling from my ceiling HVAC intake register. They were able to respond quickly as rain had prevented the scheduled next appt. They determined that it was only swarming termites and not an active infestation so no treatment or charge needed. I would definitely call them in the future and have already had them evaluate another property which they will treat.
Have used Dowell for several years, they are great and always friendly, great pricing as well. Will always recommend them to family and friends. If you happen to get Tom as your technician, he goes above and beyond!
We have used Ian for years for pest control. This week he sprayed for mosquitoes, and I would recommend this service offered by Dowell. You would be surprised the wide services they offer. No mosquitoes is worth every dollar spent. Thank you, Ian!
I was very impressed with the work and knowledge that Travis explained to me about treating and getting rid of termites in my home. He was very friendly and went out of his way to explain everything that was being done at our home. You rarely see a young man wanting to stop and explain much of anything now days without being bothered with it, but he was very friendly and very talkative! Thank you Travis for being so understanding and compassionate! I will definitely refer you guys to my friends and family!
I have a quarterly service in place. Kathy always answers the phone with a smile in her voice. I have a technician that I prefer not only because he is kind and respectful, but my dogs are familiar with him. It is uncomfortable for me to have people wandering around my home but Ian is so quick and stealthy he makes the whole experience painless. The company has made it very easy to schedule and pay for service as well.
