Our insurance agent won't return our calls. We have been trying to contact for almost a month regarding higher premiums for next year. Will not be renewing our insurance with them!
It's been a month since I first made contact for a quote with an Insurance Advisor from this company. I was getting responses the first 2 weeks claiming they were working on my quote but have been overloaded. Now i haven't received a response in the last 2 weeks.
