It makes me sad that a company who typically has good products will not honor their warranty when its obvious failure in the construction. I have had multiple Dowco covers on various boats. I like the design and integrated ratchets. I've had issues with the ratchet mechanisms in past. First time ive had quality issue and tearing, brand new boat jsut purchased in Janurary, Dowco refused to honor waranty and replace.
