Bought A Used Full Enclosed Bimini Top Made By their Company in 2002, very amazed of the quality, Still Like New, Now I no where to get my next new Top.
Customer service techs never take responsibility for anything. Had 6 side straps break and also rub paint off. Main string inside of cover that pulls everything tight also left rub marks didn't come out asked why I didn't put pool noodles on. Told them they were not supplied, so my fault, sent multiple pics nothing ever fixed, both racket staps broke 100 bucks apiece
