Dow fence co refered a krook so called preacker to me to istall my fence after the storm(end of Sep) Now(end of Dec) the job is still not complete. All the wood gates that were installed are saging and won't close including the walk through. Mr. Dow and Jolivet say that the gates are to big and thats why they are saging(i'm not sure how a 3' walk through gate can be to big?).
