May of 2025 my trucks entertainment center stopped working,(Blacked out screen) took it to Dow Lewis. Said it needed a module. I have a 3rd party warranty that the service department said they will get an approval, 1 week later nothing, I call they said they are waiting for the approval, I then get ahold of the warranty company and they say no inquiries on the VIN of that vehicle, I then call Dow Lewis back same day and ohhh it’s “magically” approved. The service tire safety light came on and I was able to get an appointment within two days. The car was serviced and Justin saved me money by using the extended warranty. I am happy with the service I receive at Dow Lewis.

From the time I walk in to be greeted by staff, and walk out after they escort me to the check out counter, I am pleased to have my car serviced by Dow Lewis Motors.
We found our Acadia online with all prices upfront and appreciated the rebate and no dealer mark-up. We had a very tight window for signing papers and purchasing and the guys at the dealership made it happen! They processed the paperwork and were ready for us when we drove up with smiles, an immaculate vehicle and everything ready to sign. They were friendly and knowledgeable and efficient and we really appreciated that. Love my new Acadia from Dow Lewis GMC!
