We found our Acadia online with all prices upfront and appreciated the rebate and no dealer mark-up. We had a very tight window for signing papers and purchasing and the guys at the dealership made it happen! They processed the paperwork and were ready for us when we drove up with smiles, an immaculate vehicle and everything ready to sign. They were friendly and knowledgeable and efficient and we really appreciated that. Love my new Acadia from Dow Lewis GMC!
Service department is fast and friendly, Took my 24 2500 hd for 5 recalls I told them I used it for work , they had it back to me within 2 hours, I was expecting most of the day
I have recently moved to the area from the Sacramento area and needed a new dealership to work on my GMC Denali. With this being the only dealership around, this was it! I honestly couldn't be happier. The service manager was great to deal with and very helpful. While waiting for the service work, a staff member continued to check on me and see if I needed anything to include LUNCH! Who does that now a days???? In a day and age where some dealers try to upsell maintenance services by insisting on expensive unnecessary services, Dow Lewis does not. I took my vehicle in for a routine oil change and tire rotation. That is what I got. They didn't try to sell me unnecessary services. That is refreshing.
