I am a bankruptcy lawyer, having filed thousands of bankruptcy cases and now focus my entire practice on bankruptcy. Over 36 years I have found listening to the client essential in tailoring a custom fit bankruptcy. Completely ruined my bankruptcy. This is a delayed review. I was doubtful if I qualified because of income. I trusted the Dow firm to give me the right advice because of Greg's year of experience. After completing the paperwork and means test I was assured I qualified so went ahead and borrowed money from family to file. 5 months later was told it was denied after I had stopped paying bills and moved forward. My good friend is going through a divorce, he hired Ben Dow. Ben Dow failed to file the correct papers to bring the wife and children, she stole back to Benton county, so he had a fair chance to get at the very least 50/50 custody. He was very unknowledgeable about a lot of the things he did nothing but take his money and cause him heart ache and suffering with out his kids. I do not recommend this man. He is lazy and not helpful. Should be flipping burgers or delivering pizza...
I contacted the Dow Firm in August asking for help in collecting a business payment for work performed for another law firm in town. Ben Dow was helpful and suggested that our first step should be to send a letter. After six weeks, no letter and no return calls. At month two I called and left a message with both his assistant Megan and voicemail asking to turn this into full fledge collection. No response. Some clients go off the rails when you recommend not going to court (and spending gobs of money). I have no idea who Natalie Morgan is but we did not represent her.
