I found this company on goggle. Read the reviews and requested a quote to repair our garage door opener. Jim was the only one who responded to my request for help. We can’t thank him enough as he came the next day and replaced the gear and sprocket. Door is operational and quiet. I highly recommend his services. Polite and friendly as well. Thank you Jim

Very happy to add another five star review to their perfect record! I backed into our automatic garage door and it wouldn’t open or close. We called the installers and they charged us over $300 just to force it closed until they could schedule a $1000+ panel replacement (with no guarantee of matching paint), with a 6-week lead-time! Just one email to Dow Garage Door Repairs and the door was back up and running the SAME DAY for less $$$ than the emergency tech had charged us! Well deserved 5 STAR rating! I had a broken belt and Jim hooked me up! He even helped me program my keypad, and when it was faulty; he programmed one he had for next to nothing. He even insisted on reinstalled it too! Jim was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and more than fair. He really gave the impression that he enjoys helping being able to help others. Called Dow in the morning with a broken spring - they were over and had the job done in a couple hours which was a nice surprise. He went above and beyond with a tune-up for my old door and made it feel new again. Would highly recommend.
