This review is for the Box Office Manager Kristin Ancel. I had ticketing issues for a recent event I attended. She was very friendly and helpful. She went above and beyond to help me and make me feel like I mattered while she was very busy assisting other customers with issues. I appreciate her assistance and all she had done for me. The Dow Event Center has an excellent employee in her which can be hard to find nowadays. She deserves to be recognized. Don't let that one get away. Thanks Kristin
