No customer service, bought a used Ford Fiesta around the beginning of Oct of 2025, had no front license plate holder which is needed in TX. Was told I would be contacted when it came in, I called middle of Nov and it had not come in yet but they would let me know when to expect it. I just called again yesterday (1-13-2026) and they said they would "check and call me back"... still nothing. Felt like I got ripped off when I bought the car too. Josue Vazquez worked with us to get approved for the truck we wanted. Very respectful and positive attitude. I'd recommend him as your sales associate. UPDATE: HIGHLY upset with this dealership. Not even a week after receiving the truck the transmission shift solenoid went out. Now the dealership is saying our warranty that we are paying extra for THATS SUPPOSED TO COVER THE TRANSMISSION doesn't kick in till after 1,000 miles of being driven.
