The trip was good, but Dow chemical plants are confusing and map sends you to the wrong place. You spend about 45 minutes trying to figure out where you have to go. I won't take another load here again.
They are currently keeping our trailer i can easily say as a hostage since they are not giving any word about the time for loading. They picked up our trailer yesterday and still not giving it back, the load was supposed to be loaded yesterday, we are waiting for 24hrs now straight without notice before booking the load.
Worse service they took long time for loading only 4 skid they took 5 hour
Never say don’t go to al certain places because there is usually a logical explanation to why they take long or any issue but man don’t come to this place! Never been to a place so unprofessional..waited 5 hours to get loaded just so they can come and tell me actually we are going to reject you because the side they took out the product from the warehouse can’t load reefers ..mind you they ask you all this information when you check in if you have a reefer all this information you give them when you check in..they load reefe... read more
Do not come to this place and get loaded you will be here at least 4 to 5 hours wating to get loaded plus shipping deparment is unprofessional
