Mostly acceptable work in replacing driveway but left a depressed area which is collecting water and it has been months of calling and trying to get them to return to fix the issue. Still waiting.
Steve showed up when promised for estimate and provided a very competitive price for a fairly large driveway. Although it is late in the season, work was scheduled the next week. Steve and his crew of 4-5 workers showed up when promised and worked a full day for the rip out cleaning up nicely afterwards. They laid down the gravel next and let it set about a week. We needed our driveway torn up and resurfaced. We found Dow Asphalt relatively late in the season. I contacted them through their website. Steve came by and left a competitive quote in our mailbox. The work was scheduled shortly thereafter. He and his crew were on time, friendly and paid a closer attention to detail than we expected. We’re very happy with how our driveway turned out.
These guys were the real deal! My wife and I had been eager to re asphalt the driveway for a couple of years and received 5 quotes in that time and they were one of the higher quotes we knew Steve was the guy we wanted. The other estimates stated the basics with a “ this is what we’re doing take it or leave it” attitude. stay away from these guys, worst experience with bad people who show a pretty salesman face upfront, they just put a driveway for me, did not level the base, did not have enough asphalt, for a hefty sum of money the outcome is an unleveled driveway, more of a water pool, the pics
