This is the worst bridal shop I have ever been. I booked the appointment and they said Okay and ask me to leave all the information to them. When I arrived after work they did not open! And I called for why and they blamed me back. Such horrible owner and congratulations they are closed down👏🏻💪🏻

I had to change my review because of the new staff If I could give Dovita Bridal negative stars, I would. My experience with this shop was nothing short of a nightmare. I met with the most horrendous attitude from the staff. Not only did they lack basic customer service skills, but they also made me feel incredibly sad and discouraged during what should have been an exciting time. Called them, worst customer serivce ever!!! I asked for the pricing of a specific dress, and they told me this is between 4500 to 9000 CAD, she said if I agree they will proceed and I will pay 30% for the deposit after I send in my measurement. I got very confused because between 4500 to 9000 CAD that is a very wide range, and I am not sure what I am agreeing to.
