This service is amazing, after years of waiting public. After going out on my own to seek a private paediatrician I seen there compassionate and professional staff where we finally got my son a diagnosis and the care they take to also follow up with their patients to book doctors appointments and walk you along the way they have been so helpful and this is such an important part of our journey Thankyou so much!
I am angry and disappointed. The "Dr" we had seen was Dr. Dulshanie. I'm not even most mad about the $240 wasted here. But the lack of care and service. My concerns were dismissed and not acknowledged barley even assessing or looking at my child. One look and noticed that he didn't seem hyperactive and didn't have a speech delay so he couldn't possibly have anything wrong. Very unprofessional. Changes appointments regularly. Never follows up on appointments. Constantly changing therapies. Therefore child can not get use to a particular person. Never replies to emails and never follows up. Do not recommend this company.
Diagnosed my child where others wouldn't. Polite and easy to deal with. Extremely happy with the service provided.
*****update****** 2 1/2 yrs on and still no appointment or contact. I had my 6 childrens referrals sent to Dove Touch last year. Luckily for me I made the choice to take 1 of my kids to see a private paediatrician because after so many phone calls, appointments they told me I had but didn’t have, then again I follow up in August this year and am told my appointments will take place in October.
