Personal items, expensive items go missing. Period. Luxury robes, spa products, jewelry. It’s been over 6 years since my grandmother was here, but they DID steal her belongings. At first we thought she was paranoid when she constantly told us she was being robbed. Then we noticed that even her expensive bedding was no longer on her bed with zero explanation and she WASN’T incontinent....even by their own admission!
