Attention cardio dr sing pacients. I had an apointment with dr sing. First they gave me the wrong address and sent me to the wrong location. Then when i seen dr sing i explained I have dysautonomia, so he one hundred percent acknowledges my ehlors danlos, and dysaotonomia then tells me for my high blood pressure.He's gonna give me hydrolyzine.I asked if there's a different medication.He told me no I said, what would we do If this medication fails, he told me it will not fail. My issue isn't with the staff themselves - it's the fact they are UNDER-staffed. Why does it take 20 minutes on hold to speak to anyone? Every. Time. I. Call. They staff tries their best, but if your average wait time on hold is over 30 minutes - you are understaffed.
Im changing review, they have updated there appointment reminders. I feel better around staff. DR Jamaleddin IS SUCH A GREAT PERSON. Above all and the staff is great
